| Question: |
|
What is the process to order a system and get it setup? |
| Answer: |
|
1. Customer issues PO to dealer.
2. Dealer issues PO to Starin.
3. Starin issues PO to HitCast.
4. HitCast contacts the dealer and/or end user and arranges installation of HitCast
server, CALs, and any training.
Setup typically takes 2 – 3 business days to cycle through the three entities
involved. The actual installation of the HitCast application and CALs (assuming that
the hardware and OS are ready) is a 4-day process: one day to install the application
and design the database, and 3 days of continuous connection to test the system.
